    Our small plates selection (With grilled Pita)
    Zaalouk, Roasted Eggplant flavored with cumin,
    olive oil and lemon preserve
    Shak-Shouka, Roasted tomato and marinated bell pepper
    B’stilla, Moroccan filo pastry with Saffron Chicken and
    rose water, honey glazed almonds


    Mains
    Served with our Whole wheat cous cous, tossed in thyme preserved
    butter and garnished with caramelized raisins and garbanzo beans.

    Choice of
    Chicken Tajine, Braised half chicken in garlic, ginger and
    saffron sauce, green olives and lemon preserves

    Lamb Shank Tajine, “Ras el hanout” honey sauce,
    caramelized dry fruit, toasted almonds and Sesame seeds
    Or
    Fish/Seafood, Roasted with potatoes and carrots in our
    tomato “sharmoula’ ragout
